I➜The Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale is a 20-items questionnaire designed to assess the level of depression for patients diagnosed with depressive disorder. The Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale is recognized by physicians worldwide. There are ten positively worded and ten negatively worded questions. Each question is scored on a scale of 1 through 4 and the scores on the test range from 20 through 80.
